Dr. Jen Rhymer

 

Jen Rhymer currently is a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Center for Work, Technology, and Organization (WTO) at Stanford University in the Management Science and Engineering Department (MS&E). Her research focuses on questions related to organizational design, distributed work, collaboration, knowledge systems, and emerging technologies. These efforts are supported by qualitative field data as well as the use of simulation methodologies. Some recent projects explore the context of location-independent and virtual-first organizations to generate theoretical insights related to distributed collaboration and the perception of proximity.
